You design it
Use our live builder to pick your phone model, case base, tint colour, and up to 5 charms. Watch your design update in real time as you configure every detail.
STEP 02
You order it
Checkout securely via Shopify. Your exact design specifications — every charm, colour, and finish — are sent to us the moment your payment clears.
STEP 03
We plan the build
Your order generates a detailed build sheet with every specification. We gather your exact base case, charms, and materials from our studio inventory.
STEP 04
We hand-assemble
A maker places each charm by hand using jewellery-grade adhesive and resin. Every element is positioned exactly as you designed. This takes 30–45 minutes per case.
STEP 05
Quality check
We photograph every completed case before packaging. You receive a photo of your case in its completed state — a final confirmation before it leaves us.
STEP 06
Beautiful packaging
Your case is wrapped in blush tissue paper, sealed with a JuicyCoco sticker, and packed in a branded postal box with a handwritten-style thank you card.
STEP 07
Shipped to you
Dispatched via Royal Mail tracked delivery within 5–7 days of your order. You receive a tracking number via email as soon as it's collected.
