Every case is made to order. From the moment you check out, your case will be assembled and shipped within 5–7 business days. Carrier delivery time depends on your address and is shown at checkout.

Contact us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to amend it. After that, production may have already started and changes may not be possible.

Yes — your build sheet is sent to our maker with every specification you set. If a charm is placed slightly differently due to sizing, we'll always send a photo before dispatch.

We ship within Canada. Rates and any future international options are shown at checkout.

Yes — orders over $60 CAD qualify for free standard shipping within Canada. Under $60, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Yes — choose express or expedited options at checkout where available. Fees and delivery estimates are shown before you pay.

We support recent iPhone models including iPhone 17, 16, and 15 lines (and more in the builder), Samsung Galaxy S22–S25, and Google Pixel 7–9. We add models regularly — check the builder for the full list.

We use jewellery-grade UV resin adhesive that creates a permanent bond. In normal daily use, your charms will not fall off. If a charm detaches within 30 days of delivery, we'll replace it free of charge.

Wipe with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid submerging in water or using chemical cleaners — this can damage the resin and dull the charms. Remove your case before swimming.

Because every case is made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns unless your case arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered. If there's an issue, please contact us within 14 days with photos.
